I couldn’t of done my pregnancy without it
I came across baby concierge on Instagram and was lucky enough to win a competition to rent the bbhugme pregnancy pillow and I’m so glad I did as I ended up renting it through my whole pregnancy! It was so worth it! I couldn’t of done my pregnancy without it and it was so nice to come across the company to be able to experience having something without needing to buy it as it’s not something I would use after pregnancy again after a while! There was also no pressure on how long you have something for and it’s so easy to extend the time you have something too! Also if I’ve had any questions it’s been so easier to get in contact with them whether that’s on Instagram or watsapp! Will certainly be using them again in the future with having a baby!

We hired the cybex coya pram & cybex cloud car seat to go away to Asia. The combo worked really well as we needed the car seat for taxis and we could clip it into the pram with adaptors. The service was amazing as they are local to us we could go view the items to see how it worked. Definitely recommend!!

We rented a travel cot, a car seat and a push chair. Everything was in an excellent condition and very clean. We were also given spare sheets for travel cot and push chair.
Arranging a pick up and drop off time was very easy.

The stroller was high quality and very clean

I recently rented baby equipment from Alexandra for a two-week stay at a hotel, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment we connected, she went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for my children. The equipment was spotless, high-quality, and clearly chosen with care. When they say it takes a village, this woman is the Mayor of that village. I was traveling to England from the USA and I needed a Snoo. She even came out of her way that very evening. I’m so beyond grateful for her and her kindness.

This buggy was perfect for our holiday to London! It must have been brand new, it was pristine and in such great condition. Ali was so responsive, got back to us so promptly and was incredibly helpful. Next time we're in London we'll be renting from you again.

Ali provided a perfect service from start to finish. We weren’t sure which travel buggy would be best for us so she gave us the different options and listed the benefits so we could choose. We went with the Cybex Coya which was perfect for our needs. She delivered a clean buggy in perfect condition in good time ahead of our trip and answered all our questions. It really took a big chunk of stress away from us
We recently rented a Joolz Aer+ for our first trip abroad with our 7 month old. Not only were we very happy with the buggy but the service from Ali / The Concierge company has been outstanding.
Everything from the first enquiry to payment, delivery, and pickup was super easy, quick, professional and convenient.
Delivery and pick-up was clear and planned in advance which made everything very easy. The buggy itself was lightweight, and in perfect condition—exactly what we needed for getting around easily with our little one on a city break. Ali sent us a YouTube video of how to use the buggy and also gave a quick demo when she dropped it off. Highly recommend The Concierge Company and renting products if you're traveling with small children, it really took a big chunk of stress away from us.

We absolutely loved using baby concierge! We hired the YOYO and it was perfect for our holiday. It was totally stress-free with the home drop off and pick up. We will definitely be using the service again, highly recommend!
